A crew of Calgary Flames -- Sam Bennett, Micheal Ferland, Dougie Hamilton and Josh Jooris -- dressed up as The Avengers for Thursday's visit to the Alberta Children's Hospital.
As the Flames shoot for their first home-ice victory of the season, they could use a superhero-type performance from somebody in Friday's meeting with the Detroit Red Wings (Sportsnet One/Sportsnet 960 The Fan).
"Everybody just has to worry about their part of the ice, their job," cautioned Flames captain Mark Giordano. "A lot of us, we're trying to overcompensate and do too much and that's when we're getting really in big trouble.
