After Wednesday's 5-1 whipping at the Saddledome, the Flames could earn a sliver of revenge by spoiling the Canucks' own home-opener. It would be a disturbing trend — for Jack Adams Award-winning head coach Bob Hartley and for the C of Red faithful — if the Flames were out-worked for a second straight contest, so expect a much better effort in Game 2 of the new campaign.
