BROOKS – Hockey fans would probably love to see a best-of-nine.

But the Brooks Bandits and Spruce Grove Saints are likely sick of each other already.
The Bandits are in the AJHL final for the fourth time in the past five seasons.
And it’s the third time they’ve faced the Saints in the championship series.
The Saints almost treat it as their hockey-god-given right to be playing for all the marbles, something they’ve done in seven of the last eight springs.
This will be the seventh straight season one of the league’s two powerhouse franchises have won it all with the Saints claiming four crowns and the Bandits owning a pair of banners.
