Arizona Coyotes defeat Edmonton Oilers 4-1

GLENDALE, ARIZONA - The start was better, but that was the only thing the Edmonton Oilers had going for them Thursday against the Arizona Coyotes.

The Oilers conceded four consecutive goals en route to a 4-1 loss, putting a swift end to their winning ways after an overtime victory the night before in Anaheim against the Ducks.

Taylor Hall scored the lone goal for the Oilers, collecting his team-leading seventh goal of the season.

Oliver Ekman-Larsson, Shane Doan, Stefan Elliott and Max Domi scored for the Coyotes, who extended their streak of earning at least a point against the Oilers to 19 games (16-0-3).
