Week 2 of the season started rocky. About an hour after I posted my first ever(!) WBB article, the athletic department released the news that Mi’Cole Cayton has a torn ACL and will be out for the season. She went down in a heap underneath the north basket in the 2nd half of the St. Mary’s game. She was down for awhile and it looked bad, but I didn’t even mention it in my game observations because she was at the MBB game a few hours later and she seemed in good spirits (albeit with a huge brace on her right leg).
