The California Golden Bears will close out our nonconference schedule with a home game against the Idaho State Bengals of the FCS.
And yet we won’t look that different than we did last week during our road game against the BYU Cougars of the FBS—the Bears will take the field in our all-blue gear once again.
While our unis will continue the tradition (?) set last week, our game captains will continue a tradition set when Justin Wilcox set foot on campus—defense. (When will the fans start piling on with the equal-parts-hilarious-and-logical quip of “Justin Wilcox doesn’t care about offense”?
