Cal basketball continues to try and build their 2016 recruiting class. Tyson Jolly has transferred over to next year and Oscar Frayer has been solidly committed for awhile. But with Ivan Rabb and Jaylen Brown potential one-and-dones, Cal will look for plenty of top talent to try and immediately replenish the coffers.
