Both the California Golden Bears and Stanford Cardinal are desperate for a win in this shortened 2020 Pac-12 Football season. Both enter the 123rd iteration of the Big Game with matching 0-2 records, albeit under much different circumstances.
Cal has had two short weeks to prepare for opponents including just over 24 hours for one, a canceled game and a multitude of minor errors that have cost them another game.
Still, the Bears were in their game against Oregon State until the final whistle while the Cardinal, fresh off their first loss to Cal in nine years, have been a wreck across the field.
