TwistNHook: I would love to see either the Oakland Raiders or the San Francisco 49ers get James Looney. He is a very talented player. The Niners seemed poised to take that next step with Jimmy G at the helm, but they need a defense. Getting Richard Sherman (Stanford’s own) helps, but upfront DLine play is important. They already lost two DLine players in Tank and Lynch this off-season, so getting another young, promising DLine guy in the draft makes a lot of sense.
Piotr Le: I think Darius Allensworth will be a UDFA/Round 7 steal for a team that is looking for a good corner with good instincts and resilience.
