Former California Golden Bears coach Yann Hufnagel told investigators that he tried to "trick" a woman into "going upstairs" while the two were in a parking garage at his apartment building, according to a police report released Tuesday.
In the police report, Hufnagel, who was fired by the school on Monday, admits exchanging text messages with the complainant who is identified as a reporter that covered the team.
The complainant says in the police report that on multiple occasions Hufnagel via text messages attempted to encourage her into performing sexual acts with him.
