Oscar Frayer has re-opened his recruitment, the former Cal commit announced Thursday morning on Twitter.

It cleared up his status with the Bears. Last week, after Frayer didn’t sign with Cal at the start of the early signing period for 2016, his head coach at Moreau Catholic High School in Hayward, Frank Knight, tweeted that Frayer would sign in the spring. He didn’t specify whether Frayer still planned to sign with the Bears.
