Big Game week is here and with it comes plenty of anticipation in regards to how the defense of the California Golden Bears will fare against K.J. Costello and the giants known as the receiving corps of the Stanfurd Cardinal. The Tree has certainly seen an interesting season to date. The year started off with national title consideration after a thrilling road win in Eugene and crumbled into a 6–4 season where the Cardinal share an identical record with the Bears. The Cardinal have lacked their traditional stout defense while the offense has shown an ability to score at a pace that hasn’t always been the norm down on the farm.
