In what ultimately is not a surprise move, California Golden Bears OT Jake Curhan has entered the 2021 NFL Draft and is forgoing his final season of eligibility with Cal.
Curhan had previously accepted his invitation to play in the Hula Bowl and as a redshirt-senior was only gifted a final year, or additional year, of eligibility due to the fact that no player had to exercise a year of eligibility in this coronavirus-plagued season.
Curhan penned a long note on social media, announcing his decision.
“When I first arrived in Berkeley in January 2016, I did not know what my academic or athletic career was going to look like.
