Four Cal Bears named to NFL 2010s All-Decade Team

The NFL released their 2010s All-Decade Team on Monday night, announcing their teams through the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Four Golden Bears were selected, tying the Pittsburgh Panthers with the most players selected from one university.

Aaron Rodgers, Marshawn Lynch, Alex Mack and Cameron Jordan were the Cal players selected for the NFL’s 55-member team consisting of 53 players and two coaches. They were selected based on the results from votes cast over several weeks by the Pro Football Hall of Fame’s 48-member selection committee.

Eligible players consisted of those NFLers who were named to at least one Pro Bowl, AP All-Pro Team or Pro Football Writers Association all-conference team during the 2010-19 seasons.
