The Chancellor will step-down after the end of the 2016-2017 academic year
In an open letter to the Berkeley community, Chancellor Nicholas Dirks announced his decision to step-down after 3 years as Berkeley’s Chancellor. He will begin his tenure at Cal as a professor after the end of his tenure as Berkeley’s 10th Chancellor.
