The nation’s top running back award narrowed down their top candidates for the 2020 college football season this week — and you guessed it: California Golden Bears RB Christopher Brown Jr. was one of those on the list.
Brown finished last season with 208 carries for 914 yards and eight touchdowns, narrowly missing that 1,000-yard plateau in his first full season as a starter.
Making him a dynamic dual-threat, Brown also hauled in 22 catches for 166 yards and four more touchdowns as he’s every bit of a challenge to bring down in the run game just as he is in the passing game.
