Cal basketball was quick to start their trip down under by dropping 100 in their first contest in a 37 point victory. The Bears had six of their players hit double figures and the Bears shooting 55%. Cal held the Victoria Select offense to 33% shooting, 25% from behind the arc, won the rebounding battle 46-25, and forced 14 turnovers to only nine of their own.
Jaylen Brown led the way with 17 points (6-11 FG), six rebounds and two steals. Ivan Rabb went 5-6 to get to 11 points and 10 rebounds.
