Cal Baseball completes sweep of UCLA with a 5-3 win

Bears complete the 3 game sweep over UCLA with a 5-3 win on Sunday. This is also the 7th straight win for the Golden Bears.

Matt Ladrech went 6.2 innings to pick up the win for the Bears. He was able to strand numerous UCLA runners all day long. Catcher Brett Cumberland clubbed two homers and had 4 RBI's to lead the Bears offensively.

UCLA made a late rally to make things interesting, but the Bears got out of yet another jam by turning a double play to end the game.

Golden Bears will next play a non-conference game against Stanford on Tuesday night (game is on the Pac-12 Networks) before heading up to Oregon for a 3 game series.
