I admit that even though I knew I’d get an extra hour of sleep on Saturday thanks to the end of daylight saving time, I didn’t even watch the first quarter of the Cal-Wazzu game when it was airing live. I watched a little more of the UCLA-Oregon and USC-OSU games before calling it a night and watching the Cal game in its entirety this morning. I’d like to watch another Cal game live in its entirety this season, but that’s not going to happen this week because we’re featured in another iteration of Pac-12 After Dark. I suppose it’s fitting to play in the dark, as we are all intimately familiar with darkness thanks to our FIFTEEN-YEAR LOSING STREAK to the Trojans.
