California Golden Bears alum Jabari Bird worked hard for an NBA contract and to get picked in the NBA Draft. Bird was selected 56th overall in the second round. He played well in Summer League for the Boston Celtics, and now he’s earned a spot on the roster.

Bird had some outstanding Summer league performances, averaging 7.8 points per game and shooting 43.8% from three.
