Head there this late afternoon (at 6 pm PT) for the annual Big Stick - the women’s lacrosse rivalry between Cal and Stanford (I don’t think I made up the “Big Stick” moniker but I also don’t see this match being called that on the Cal Bears social media).
Golden Bears are coming off back-to-back wins after dominating St. Mary’s in a 20-10 rout and followed that up with a big 15-12 MPSF win over UC Davis. Since only the top 6 teams advance to the MPSF Tournament, Bears’ win over UC Davis keeps that hope alive.
