The future at quarterback is bright, folks.
After going into halftime down 10-7, BYU QB Zach Wilson led a 28-0 third quarter as BYU beat Western Michigan 49-18 in the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl.
Wilson finished a perfect 18-18 for 318 yards, 4 touchdowns and multiple impressive throws that kept the BYU offense humming in the second half. Senior Dylan Collie was the beneficiary of many of those throws, as he finished with 6 catches for 124 yards and 2 touchdowns in his final collegiate game. Not to be forgotten is Riley Burt, who had a big second half and had 113 rushing yards and 1 touchdown.
