Zac Seljaas rehabbing shoulder, will join BYU basketball team next season

PROVO — Guard Zac Seljaas is undergoing shoulder rehab and is set to join the BYU basketball team next season, coch Dave Rose announced Wednesday.

Seljaas returned home from his LDS mission in Iowa last week due to a lingering shoulder injury. The injury won’t require surgery, according to Rose.

The plan is for Seljaas to re-enroll at BYU in June and begin working out with the team in preparation for his sophomore season.

Seljaas, who left last May for his two-year mission, had been bothered by pain in his shoulder, which he injured during the 2015-16 season as a freshman.
