Temperatures will be warm Wednesday morning, but they’ll quickly change as a snowstorm moves through the Wasatch front in the afternoon, according to the National Weather Service.

The NWS predicts “significant” impacts for travelers along Interstate 15 from Nephi to Cedar City from the late afternoon into Thursday. Snow is expected to accumulate along the Wasatch Front during the Wednesday afternoon commute, and snow may also accumulate in the Dixie area Wednesday evening.

Snow totals are expected to be less than an inch and a half in the St. George area with up to two inches across higher elevations in Washington County.
