If the corn is supposed to be knee high by the Fourth of July, then the holiday temperatures in Salt Lake City are supposed to be 90 degrees.
The National Weather Service only predicts one of those things, and it says Salt Lake City will land on its historical July average of 90 degrees for Thursday — the anniversary of American independence. That might actually represent a cooling. The agency says Salt Lake City temperatures will reach lower 90s Monday, mid-90s Tuesday and back to the lower 90s on Wednesday. There is no rain in the forecast.
In Park City, temperatures are to reach 75 on Monday, 77 on Tuesday, 76 on Wednesday and down to a high of 72 degrees on Thursday.
