BYU was well represented in the WCC conference awards as Matt Haarms, Alex Barcello, Brandon Averette and Caleb Lohner were all recognized. Haarms is BYU’s first WCC Defensive Player of the Year since BYU joined the conference a decade ago.

Gonzaga unsurprisingly swept the other individual awards. Corey Kispert won POY, Mark Few COY, Jalen Suggs Newcomer of the Year, and Andrew Nembhard 6th Man of the Year.
