Well, it’s sadly been awhile since BYU football knocked off the Utes. The Cougars have been close (outside of the 2011 shellacking, the other five games were decided by a touchdown or less).
The last time BYU got a Holy War win was in 2009.
Max Hall connected with Andrew George on a nice 25-yard catch-and-run in overtime, giving No. 19 BYU the 26-23 victory over No. 21 Utah.
The fans stormed the field and BYU had won three of the last four against Utah. Good times.
Hall completed 12-of-32 passes for 134 yards and two touchdowns.
