St. George police identify a 23-year-old who was stabbed and killed during an argument with a friend

Police released the name of a 23-year-old who died last week after he was stabbed several times, allegedly by a friend.

Luwing Leonardo Lopez was killed June 22. Police said Lopez was visiting somewhere with his friend Victor Hernandez when the two got in an argument.

“During the course of the visit, the conversation became heated and Victor stabbed Luwing multiple times, resulting in his death,” police told Fox 13’s Mark Green.
