Rylee Jensen was determined to bounce back Friday after going without a hit Thursday for one of the few times this season.
Jensen hit two solo home runs and Autumn Moffat threw a five-hitter as BYU held off No. 22-ranked Arkansas 6-3 on Friday afternoon to remain alive at the NCAA softball regional in Stillwater, Okla.
The Cougars (30-25) will play Tulsa in another elimination game on Friday hoping for a rematch with host Oklahoma State on Saturday. The Cowgirls edged the Cougars 3-1 in Thursday’s tournament opener, holding BYU to three hits.
