After four seasons with the Green Bay Packers, BYU’s all-time leading rusher Jamaal Williams has found a new team with the Detroit Lions.
Williams was a free agent this offseason, and posted a thank you to Green Bay on Mon. “Thank you Green Bay for accepting me and letting me grow into the Man I am today and still thriving to be,” the caption reads. “I’m looking forward to what’s ahead and excited to grind for what I want,” it says, among other things.
Late Tues. night, news broke that Williams has agreed to a two-year deal with the Packers’ NFC North foe, the Detroit Lions for $7.
