Some residents of Payson City have been ordered to boil their water until further notice after a water main broke on Thursday.
According to FOX 13, residents who were left without water when the pipe broke need to boil their water to ensure its safety. On Thursday, a 10-main was broke when a boring machine bored through the line, with water flooding into homes in the area. Payson Fire and Rescue said homes between 400 North to 900 North and 300 East and 750 East are affected by the boil order.
The department’s Facebook said Payson City Water is working to resolve the issue.
