No. 38 BYU men's tennis fell 4-3 to West Coast Conference foe Loyola Marymount on Friday.
"We paid the price to get here early to make the adjustment — and did everything right in our preparation," BYU head coach Brad Pearce said. "We secured the doubles point, but the fact that we only got one singles win today shows that we need to be better tomorrow. This team has bounced back and been resilient this season. I'm looking forward to that tomorrow."
The Cougars (17-4, 6-2) came out tough against the Lions (6-12, 4-2) to win the doubles point.
