Lest anyone forget that BYU backup quarterback Jaren Hall is a multisport star, he gave people a reminder.
An Instagram video from user presidentialmack shows Hall hitting a home run during a BYU baseball intersquad scrimmage in St. George over the weekend.
Hall isn’t listed on BYU’s online baseball roster; ESPN 960’s Ben Criddle reported he’s been playing in the outfield for the Cougars.
The multisport athlete also played baseball and basketball at Maple Mountain High School. He earned Deseret News 4A first-team All-State honors as an outfielder during his junior and senior seasons at Maple Mountain, while being named to the second team as a sophomore.
