Perhaps it's fitting that on the day the world celebrates the movie franchise Back to the Future that former BYU sharpshooter Jimmer Fredette has been waived by the San Antonio Spurs.
While Cougar Nation hopes there are brighter days ahead for the former Cougar guard, they can reminisce on the moments of glory he brought to the BYU program.
