Jimmer Fredette has BYU-esque performance in D-League debut

The D-League was a good choice for Jimmer Fredette, and all it took was one game to prove it.

He had a performance reminiscent of his time at BYU in his first game in a Westchester uniform as the Knicks came from behind to knock off the Grand Rapids Drive 102-90 in the Westchester County Center on Monday night.

He finished with 37 points on 12 for 17 shooting from the floor, including 2 for 5 from beyond the arc and 11 for 12 from the free-throw line. He added a game-high eight assists, four rebounds, a steal and plenty of highlight reel plays in 40 minutes of action.
