The Utah Jazz have announced Saturday that they have agreed to terms with former BYU player Kyle Collinsworth. In a corresponding move, the Jazz have waived Trevon Blueitt.
Collinsworth’s deal with the Jazz comes a day after the team’s G League affiliate, the Salt Lake City Stars, acquired him from Raptors 905 (the affiliate of the Toronto Raptors).
Last year, in 28 games with Raptors 905, the 6-foot-6, 210-pound wing averaged 10.5 points, 7.5 rebounds, 3.7 assists, and 1.8 steals in 31.1 minutes per game. He also shot 44.9% from the field.
The Provo native has appeared in 32 games in the NBA, all with the Dallas Mavericks during the 2017-18 season.
