The early signing period for college football starts this coming Wednesday, December 19 and goes until December 21. All three FBS in-state programs plan to sign a good number of prospects while planning to put some final touches on their respective classes come Feb. 6.

The Utes won't be signing as many prospects as normal due to an extraordinarily low number of seniors leaving after this season, according to Utezone publisher Dan Sorenson. That's not to suggest Utah won't be looking to bring in some prime talent in hopes of achieving some immediate contributions and depth for the program moving forward.
