PROVO — When it comes to the high-profile quarterback position at BYU, Taysom Hill and Tanner Mangum have garnered almost all of the attention the past couple of seasons.
Now the eyes of Cougar Nation have settled upon sophomore Beau Hoge.
With Mangum having suffered an ankle injury late in the Utah game last Saturday, Hoge could get his first career start Saturday against No. 10 Wisconsin.
If that happens — the BYU coaching staff won’t discuss injuries — how will the 6-foot-1, 208-pounder from Fort Thomas, Kentucky, do against the mighty Badgers in front of a national television audience at LaVell Edwards Stadium?
