PROVO — Longtime BYU fan Jacob Conover is now a Cougar.
The four-star quarterback prospect signed his Letter of Intent with BYU on Wednesday, the first day of the December signing period. The school announced his signing at 8:04 a.m.
The 6-foot-1, 205-pound Conover committed to the Cougars in May and stayed true to that commitment. He finished his high school career at Chandler High in Arizona with 10,098 passing yards and 102 touchdowns to just 16 interceptions in three years as a starter.
