Just a few months ago, Patrick Fisburn was wrapping up his college career with BYU Golf. Now he’s earning Top 5 finishes in professional events.
Over the weekend, Fishburn finished in a tie for fifth at the Syncrude Oil Country Championship, shooting 14-under par in the four-round tournament.
Fisburn finished in a tie with Germany’s Yannik Paul, and both golfers finished seven strokes behind winner Tyler McCumber.
The former Cougar was consistently good throughout all four rounds, posting scores of 69, 68, 66, and 67 on the par-71 course.
The Syncrude Oil Country Championship is a part of the PGA Tour Canada, also known as the Mackenzie Tour.
