British actor Tom Holland, who has played the heroic web-slinger Spider-Man in five Marvel Cinematic Universe movies, will be a guest at the convention, Sept. 5-7 at the Salt Palace Convention Center in downtown Salt Lake City, organizers announced Tuesday.
Holland, 23, made his first appearance as Spider-Man in 2016’s “Captain America: Civil War,” when young Peter Parker was recruited by Robert Downey Jr.’s Tony Stark — aka Iron Man — to battle Chris Evans’ Steve Rogers.
Since then, Holland has played Parker in “Spider-Man: Homecoming” (2017), 2018’s “Avengers: Infinity War” (where his “I don’t feel so good” final scene became a meme), and this summer’s “Avengers: Endgame” and “Spider-Man: Far From Home.
