On Tuesday, coach Jennifer Rockwood and junior midfielder Mikayla Colohan were named West Coast Conference Coach and Player of the Year, respectively, while nine other players also received All-WCC honors.
Rockwood led the team to a 18-0-1 record in her record-breaking 25th season. The Cougars went 8-0-1 in conference to win their second consecutive outright WCC championship and coach of the year accolade.
Colohan has scored 14 goals — including four game-winners — so far this season (the Cougars start postseason play on Friday) with six assists. She also leads the conference with a total of 85 shots and 42 shots on goal.
