Past conference foes, the BYU Cougars and the Wyoming Cowboys will play in the 2016 San Diego County Credit Union Poinsettia Bowl. The Cowboys are the runner-up team from the Mountain West Conference and enter the game with a 8-5 record that features 3 All-Americans. The Cougars had an 8-4 campaign as an college football independent and feature the program’s leader in career rushing yards.
