BYU coach Kalani Sitake says there are some similarities, and differences, between himself and legendary coach LaVell Edwards. “The concepts and philosophy are very similar. I can’t be like LaVell. In fact, LaVell encouraged me to be myself."
“As coaches, we’re going to be ourselves and have our own personalities. There’s no way I can act like LaVell during a game. I get too animated and excited. He was really poised.”
