As long as BYU Women’s Volleyball keeps on winning they’ll keep on playing in the Smith Fieldhouse.
Until the Final Four, that is.
Although the Cougars’ loss in the last game of the regular season cost them the No. 1 overall seed in the NCAA Tournament, they still received the No. 4 overall seed. That means they’ll host the first four rounds of the tournament if they stay alive through the first two.
There’s not a whole lot of difference between being No. 1 and No. 4 overall, so the loss didn’t cause as much damage to BYU’s tournament chances as most expected.
