Recently the Cougars had their media day and the fans had their first chance to once again get excited for their team. The Cougars are coming off a season where they made a run in the West Coast Conference Tournament and won the tournament title, moving on to the NCAA Tournament. Although the team lost some key players to graduation, they have retooled and are ready to make another run.
Lost from the team last year due to graduation were key players Morgan Bailey, Ashley Garfield, and Xojian Harry. Although Garfield was injured for much of the year, her leadership on the team will still be missed.
