Behind a strong performance from senior Nicolette Poulsen, BYU women's tennis defeated WCC opponent San Francisco, 5-2, on Tuesday at the Indoor tennis courts.
"I'm very happy with the way we bounced back after our last match," BYU head coach Lauren Jones-Spencer said. "We looked like a new team today. We fought hard on every court and played with confidence and that made the difference today."
Poulsen clinched the doubles and singles points for BYU (2-7, 1-0 WCC) starting with a victory at No. 2 doubles along with teammate junior Savannah Ware.
