Sophomore Kate Cusick and freshman Anastasia Abramyan advanced to the main draw doubles finals of the Jack Kramer Invitational on Saturday. The duo squared off in the semifinals against Natalie Dasilveira and Amit Lev-Ari of UC Santa Barbara. Cusick and Abramyan had a commanding win, defeating their opponents, 8-0.
“I think we performed well,” BYU head coach Lauren Jones-Spencer said. “We could have pulled out a few more singles matches, but we gained some great match experience that will help prepare us for (the) season.
