The BYU Cougars had no answers for the ground game of Paul Perkins or Nate Starks as the UCLA Bruins came from behind for the 24-23 win on Saturday night. Perkins and Starks combined for 300 yards and two touchdowns on 33 carries as the Bruins improved to 3-0 on the season.
After UCLA took a one-point lead, BYU had the ball with a chance to win, but Tanner Magnum was intercepted by Myles Jack on fourth and 7 in the closing minutes.
