After appearing in the AP top 25 for the first time in three years last week, BYU moved up from 25 to 20 in the latest AP Top 25 Poll.
BYU took care of business with a 30-3 win over FCS foe McNeese State and got some credibility with Wisconsin going on the road and knocking off previously undefeated Iowa. Wisconsin moved up from 18 to 15 in the polls. Cal entered the polls at number 24.
BYU’s next opponent, Washington, went from 10 to 11 after taking care of business at home versus Arizona State. Washington is 3-1 on the year, with their lone loss coming in a 5-point defeat to Auburn.
